Who we are

Animo AI is a UK business helping local businesses get found online and by AI tools. You can contact us about your data at hello@animoai.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Free AI check form: your business name, town, what you do and your email address.
  • Booking a chat: the details you give Calendly when you book, such as your name, email and any notes.
  • Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Why we use it

To run the check you asked for, send you the results, reply to you and arrange the chat you booked. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We won’t add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers form submissions and email to us.
  • Calendly handles bookings.
  • Google provides our email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as we need to provide our services and meet legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@animoai.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
